The Community Council is accommodated in privately-owned buildings which were erected recently. The Community building, that adorns really the community, constitutes alloy of traditional architecture but it is combined excellently with modern technological equipment that renders it a very live and strong organisation.

The Community Council Offices are open from 7:30-2:30 pm daily as well as Thursday afternoon (3:00 - 6:00 pm.) and are in the disposal of the public, for any service in subjects that are related to the community, for any information or problems.

In the light of the recent growth, the council plan a lot of development work e.g.. the blacktop of streets, the improvement and extension of water system the creation of flood-preventing work the configuration and smartening up of parks, squares and spaces of green etc

Also in the community, function for many years the SPE(COOP BANK) Empas which serves the residents of the Community
